Set up profile
To begin the registration process you must set up a profile on Music Festival Suite.
We recommend that you do this in advance to registering as you will be required to set up profiles for a parent and each student participating.
The process can take a few minutes.
Every Teacher, Parent, Accompanist, Student and Large Ensemble needs a profile. Teachers are responsible for understanding the syllabus of the festival, and students under the age of majority must be linked to a parent profile. Accompanists need to be linked to registrations as well.
Teachers and Parents must create their profiles prior to students or ensembles.
There are extra resources here on Music Festival Suite to help you set up your profile and register.
Here are some of the important points to keep in mind.
Visit the Music Festival Suite login page.
On the “Create a Profile” section, check all the checkboxes that apply to you (you will use the same profile whether you are a teacher, parent, accompanist or entrant).
Read through the Terms and Conditions, click that you have read them, and proceed.
Complete all the contact information fields shown on the screen.
Student profiles will require the user ID’s of their parents and teachers. User IDs tend to look like “ENT00008”.
Note: If you are using the same email address as another user on the software, it is more difficult to recover your password if you lose it (it’s possible, but more difficult).
Once you have created your profile you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
Have you participated in LRMF in the past?
All families and teachers that have previously set up profiles will receive an email with their profile name and password. If your contact info has changed and/or you do not receive an email please contact Alexandra Singleton | email@example.com or 1 780 999 1855. Messages will be returned after 8pm on weekdays and between 11am – 5pm on weekends.
