Scholarship Information
Leduc Music Festival Association has various scholarships donated from individuals or organizations .
As with our Medallions, the recipients will be selected from participants entering two provincially qualifying pieces except where noted below **.
Scholarships are only given to entrants 28 years and younger who study or reside in the City of Leduc or any municipality or area within the County of Leduc.
A mark of 85% must be achieved to be eligible.
Dr. Lloyd Thompson Founder’s Memorial Scholarship
For the top Senior performer in any discipline.

Rotary Club of Nisku Leduc Scholarship
For the top Intermediate performer in any discipline.
Sponsored by the Nisku/Leduc Rotary Club ($150)
Thaddeus Lake Showmanship Awards
For the top piano performers with showmanship entered in any piano classes.**
As chosen by the adjudicator.

Musical Theatre -Vocal Solo
For the top performer as chosen by the adjudicator for the category of Intermediate (13-16 years) ($100)
Only one piece is needed for this scholarship in keeping with the provincial festival eligibility for musical theatre.
Top junior performer in any discipline ($50)
Top senior performer in musical theatre as chosen by the adjudicator. ($50)
Top choir as chosen by the adjudicator. ($150)
